    Brand new restaurant in brand new hotel so clearly some growing pains/training issues. However food was good and service by Jason was fabulous!!!

    My husband and I had an amazing experience with this dining experience. From the espresso martini at the bar while waiting for our table, to the shrimp cocktail appetizer, main course of the ribeye, paired perfectly with a nice bottle of wine suggested by our lovely waitress Kristine. We are excited to visit again in the near future!

    The 8 ozs steak with Bearnaise sauce and the Scallops were amazing. There were 3 scallops on the plate and for $48 was pricey; however, the taste and presentation made up for any perception that there wasn’t enough value. The Parker Rolls with Butter and Herbs in a pan was absolutely incredible. The potato puree was unbelievable….smooth as silk and the Mac & Cheese was moist and cheesy with Gruyer and Mozarella, definitely not Velveeta. The homemade croutons in the Caesar’s salad with hardboiled halved eggs was also amazing….who knew a salad could be made so special. The onion soup with Welsh Rarebit and made from an English stout ale….also mind blowing. If it wasn’t already over the top, the Sticky Toffee pudding was totally in a league all it’s own as far as desserts. I’ve had STP in other places but unlike this one….this was even better than what I’ve had in other GR restaurants. Jason was our server who always so attentive as were all of the other staff. They never let our water glasses get below half full. The Kolsch draught beer from Cologne, Germany was just like the Dom Kolsch that I had drank when I was in Cologne last year. Gordon Ramsay is coming in a couple of weeks to check their progress and I would say that he will be very proud! This group truly hit it out of the park!!!

    Ordered the beef Wellington. Was precooked and put in oven to warm up. The crab cake tasted like it was precooked as well. Saw them pull a steak out of a pan and heat it up as well. The service was excellent.

    I do not care for the smoking that is allowed and the stink goes EVERYWHERE. Servers kept trying to take things off my table we were not done with, thats annoying. The portions could have been a little bit more generous.

    First time here and would go back. Only one complaint and that was my wife’s steak. We were visiting for her birthday because she absolutely loves Gordon Ramsey. At this restaurant one would expect your steak to be prepared perfectly if not close to perfect. My wife loves her steak rare as possible and this was made clear to the server. When the steak arrived, hers was the only one that was not cooked properly and was more towards a medium, not even medium rare. Her being her, she refused to send it back because everyone would be done eating by the time her next one would arrive. Other than that, food was amazing as well as the service.

    Had an amazing meal at Ramsay Kitchen! The macaroni, filet, and sticky toffee pudding were out of this world. Drinks were strong and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to return for another fantastic experience!

    Emily was wonderful and the young lady helping her was as well (can’t remember her name-maybe Roxanne). The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. Overall experience was great!

    This is our 2nd time coming to this location and it never disappoints. We’re originally from Washington D.C. and have dined at the location in Baltimore at Horseshoe Casino as well as Las Vegas location and it is always a presentation fit for a 7 star. Thank you for the world renowned hospitality and phenomenal service, staff and food! I can’t get enough of this place. Our favorite dish is the Lump Crab Cakes! Definitely the best in NORTH CAROLINA 🏆
