We are excited to welcome you to Rania, DC's hottest destination for modern Indian food. Tom Sietsema has called our food "some of the most inspired Indian cooking in DC." At Rania, we offer homage to the time-honored traditions, rich flavors, and spices of India in an intimate, luxurious setting. We look forward to sharing our vision with you!

Presenting sophisticated, highly acclaimed 4-course prix-fixe menu, with an upcoming debut of our chef's tasting menu.

Policies:
-Dress Code: Smart Business Casual. No shorts, athletic wear, or baseball caps are allowed.
-Children under 10 are not allowed in the main dining areas.
-Reservations are available for parties of up to 6 people.
- A non-refundable deposit of $30 per person is required for parties larger than 5.
-A 20% gratuity will be added to all parties 5 or more.

This was hands down one of the best meals I've ever had. I went with a friend and we each chose to do the four-course menu—every dish exceeded our expectations. The amuse-bouche perfectly set the tone for what was an incredible dining experience. each course was even better than the last, showcasing bold Indian flavors and creative execution. Having dined at a LOT of Indian restaurants, I can confidently say this is among the best. The service was great, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. I'll be recommending Rania to all my friends visiting DC!

The food was excellent, and so was the service. Some cocktails are presented in a fanciful way and the food is creative, high quality and carefully prepared. Our server explain the dishes well and offered adjustments for my guest, who is gluten-free and dairy free.

Our meal at Rania was incredible. We did the four course tasting (great value for $90) and will definitely go back to try the Chef’s tasting. The dishes have deliciously layered flavors and the cocktails are unique and balanced. The space is also beautiful. Strongly recommend!

Our dining experience was perfection from start to finish. All if the staff throughout the restaurant were kind, warm, Friendly and helpful. It was my husband's birthday and they really made it so special for him from the beginning to the end. The food was art, in flavor and design. Thank you!
