   One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a cocktail bar. All the drinks were delicious, the music was great, and the service from the bartenders was top notch.

   We found Rayo on the World’s Best Bars list and were not disappointed. Much easier to get into than that certain other big bar nearby but I would still recommend a reservation if you are going during prime hours. We were never rushed or given a time limit which made us feel very relaxed. The menu made the characteristics of each drink very easy to understand to better help you picking your perfect drink. The ambiance is very nice as they have a semi-outdoor patio. The servers are very helpful and the drinks were awesome. It is better to visit with many people so you can order many and try each others drinks. We had an awesome time and will come back when we visit Mexico City!

   Me encanto todo, el servicio que se ofrece es excelente, el personal muy cálido, las bebidas muy bien logradas y la explicación por parte del bartender sin duda da un plus a toda la experiencia.

   Walked in to the reception without a reservation. The hostess told me there was no availability and it would be a minimum hour wait. I went ahead and looked on OpenTable just to see if there was any availability, lo and behold reservations were wide open. I’m sure the hostess was very embarrassed after I showed up and told her I made a reservation. Once upstairs, the ambience was 10/10, drinks were good but not phenomenal. Some were hit or miss - I’ve had much better in CDMX. However the menu and presentation are very thoughtfully designed with tribute to Mexico’s regions. Service upstairs was good, hosts were attentive and answered any questions. Other than the very poor experience with the hostess this is a worthwhile bar to visit.

    Way over rated. Service was bad, had to beg to order another drink. Drinks also didn’t come with the garnish on the menu
