Malcom, our waiter, was simply outstanding. He provided great, timely service but he also entertained us. Food was, as usual, simply outstanding. Drinks from the bar were great. We always have an excellent experience at Ray’s and Malcom just made our experience even better.

We’ve eaten at Rays at Killer Creek multiple times and everything was great. I just can’t explain what or why everything went terribly wrong last night. There were 8 of us and nothing was right. Poor service and poorly cooked food. After we complained the manager came over and comped an entree from each bill. Our collective guess was employee turnover and inexperienced new hires.

Food has been better in the past, seemed very unseasoned. Difficult to get refills on water and coffee. Check was wrong when it arrived but was corrected. Server was very energetic and wanted to help, but unfortunately was slow to come by when needed.

A bit pricey but we love it and keep coming back! Actually, for the atmosphere and level of service the price point is right. Food is always amazing (omg the brunch)!! We actually came to rays twice this week

I’ll start with the parking lot. There’s more than enough parking and there’s no valet which I love. The restaurant and atmosphere is awesome. Service was great I couldn’t believe it was my severs 4th day she was awesome. The food was delicious and the drinks are amazing. The manager walks around to check on the guest making sure everyone is good.

Wonderful experience. Our waiter took great care of us and even sang Happy Birthday to my son. Food was amazing, drinks excellent, beautiful ambiance. The manager came by our table to check on us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.
