   We had an excellent experience. They were a little short staffed due to the number of people but the server was excellent. He informed us that the main entrees would be out a little slower than usual but that our appetizer would be out quickly. He was correct and took care of us. The entrees we had were amazing. There were many options to choose from which made deciding difficult for me! We will definitely be back for dinner!

   Everything is fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the Cab Franc with our meal and it is phenomenal! The lamb was tender and so much flavor in 1 dish. Pork ribeye is always a favorite and cooked to perfection.

   What a great time on flavorful Friday. Food and wine pairings were spot on. Our server was so upbeat and full of wonderful knowledge. Thanks again for a great time. ✌🏻❤️

   We had eaten at Rayson outside but had not eaten inside at Bisro Europa. The food, wine and service were excellent. Tracy, our server, was superb. We really enjoyed the Red Elevage Select…very nice Bordeaux style blend. Just like our previous visit, the food was delicious. My only suggestion would be to add some more small plate type options for lunch as the menu for lunch is basically the same as dinner with the exception of a couple of flatbreads.

   My friend and I visited for the first time and it was a lovely experience. The food and service was great. We didn’t feel rushed to eat and leave and the ambiance was very relaxing. Highly recommend!

   Delightful and delicious from appetizers to salad to entrees. 4 adults with 3 different entries from coq au vin, to shrimp/scallops and lamb shank with a marvelous cheese dip appetizer. We will be back! Beautiful decor and casual vibe. Can't wait to do a wine tasting and try out the flatbread pizzas which sounded delicious but aren't served after 2pm. Can't wait!

   This was our first visit to Rayson Winery, and it definitely will not be our last. Our food was incredibly delicious (mushroom raviolis with short rib and Coq au vin), service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant atmosphere was cozy, yet luxurious. Staff let us sample a couple of wines before we decided on what we would order with dinner. We go back and forth on Hwy 40 between central NC and western NC quite a bit, and now have a great spot to stop for lunch or dinner, and have a glass of wine. Besides the outstanding food (you can actually see them cook your food from the window in the dining area), we were really impressed with the wine...no knock against the prior owners, but when it was Raylen Winery, we went once, didn't buy any wine and never went back. But under new ownership and under the Rayson name, the wine is outstanding. After our late lunch/early dinner, we did a wine tasting, where Levi gave an excellent job balancing multiple wine tasting parties while explaining the wines and answering lots of questions. We are red wine lovers, and purchased 3 bottles, but also a bottle of Riesling. I definitely encourage anyone to get a wine tasting before or after their meal. Thanks Rayson, we look forward to our next visit!
