   2nd time there and once again food was mega, from how it looks on instagram to how it looks in person is basically the same, tastes amazing, looks amazing, all the food is spot on, can’t ask for anything more to improve, thank you

   The food is good but it’s definitely a little expensive for what you get. Unfortunately we had a really bad experience with our server. We had to repeat everything multiple times while ordering, for example ordering a single patty burger and the waitress confirming back to us that we had ordered a double patty. Drink order was incorrect, wings order was incorrect, one beer order was forgotten, we weren’t asked how we would like our burger cooked while overhearing other tables being asked. This really ruined what would have been a 4/5 experience otherwise.

   Got it! Here’s a revised version that sticks closer to your original tone and phrasing: I’ll start by saying the food was absolutely fantastic! It’s just a shame that the service was absolutely horrendous. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect, at the very least, an acceptable standard of service. Firstly, when we arrived, the server rushed over to where he was seating us, slapped the menus on the table, and was already walking away before we’d even reached the table. To make things worse, he didn’t come back to take our order. After waiting 15 minutes, I had to get up and ask another server to take our order because people who had arrived after us were already being served. When the food finally arrived, they took it to the wrong table. Luckily, we managed to call out to them before they walked back to the kitchen. We then realised we had no cutlery and asked the server for some. They came back and gave it to a different table! We had to ask yet another server for cutlery, and while she said yes, she just continued cleaning tables instead, in no rush to go and get the cutlery, despite clearly seeing that we already had food in front of us. We weren’t the only ones either. A couple of guys from America sitting at the table next to us were having very similar issues. Thankfully, the food was absolutely incredible and helped save the experience a little, but the poor service made it really disappointing.

   Food always tastes great, service is always 100%. Unfortunately what I get value for money with the food , Unfortunately it's a little expensive. 2nd time we have been . Not sure I will go again

   We ordered a platter waited around 30 minutes for food to arrive which is great for a busy Saturday, will definitely be coming back the food and the vibes we're top quality 👌

   Overall experience is underwhelming. The food is below average for the cost. The prices are too expensive for its quality. I think the restaurant is overrated compared to its online advertising. The price we paid for a company of 5 people can be more enjoyable if we've eaten in another place with the same food offerings. Sadly, our overall customer experience is negative in all aspects.

   Excellent family restaurant. Food good quality and plentiful, atmosphere collegiate if a little noisy. Service friendly although a little slow to start. Had a really good meal and will be back

    Visited Red Dog Saloon with a friend, it was my first time in Liverpool and wanted something new. I payed £33 for the St Louis cut pork ribs, a side of mac and cheese and a peach ice tea. The portion sizes were great, the ribs were huge with ALOT of meat on the bone, enough to satisfy anyone's meat cravings. The ribs were melt off the bone and the bark was crispy and flavourful, the mac and cheese was creamy and had a lovely crust on top, and the peach ice teas was a serves in a chilled pint glass with a handle. 10/10
