   Excellent value lunch. Really good well presented food, ample sized portions and veg that tasted like veg! Service was very good and all our requests were met.

   Visited on a Saturday night, restaurant was busy. It was very noisy, as there were little if any soft furnishings to reduce noise level. Food was good. Service average. But I feel that food and wine were very overpriced. On a plus side, it had nice linen napkins!

   The menu was certainly innovative and interesting. Our meals were good and nicely presented. Service rather too relaxed.

   Another excellent meal at the Red Lion, Cranford. Service was efficient and friendly. Food is exceptional. Good quality, beautifully present and delicious. Was here for a team meal and will be back.

    We visited today for Sunday lunch. It was also my husbands 70th birthday and the end of a week full of celebrations. The staff were excellent. We were taken to the snug where our table was. Unfortunately there was a wonderful little dog with the part already in there. My husband is allergic to dogs so we asked if we could eat somewhere else due to this. They quickly sorted another table for us. I was also asked to make the staff aware of our situation regarding the allergy when we booked in future as it is a dog friendly pub. So please be aware of this. We were offered drinks and our food order was taken quickly too. We both had the traditional roast beef dinner. The food was excellent very very tasty beautifully hot and plenty of it. We could of had more of the vegetables and gravy if required. We did have more gravy . The staff were very attentive throughout our meal and we did not feel rushed at all. The pub soon filled up and the atmosphere was great. We also had dessert followed by coffee and tea. We asked for our bill and was very pleased with the total price. A lovely end to my husbands birthday week. Thankyou 🙂
