Had a 6:00 reservation for 2 and arrived at 5:50. The place was so packed people were parking at the convenience store next door. We checked in and were seated at 6:45. It took another 15 minutes before our server noticed us, got our drink and food order. The food quality was good as always but service was poor. It was clear the restaurant was overwhelmed by the volume of people for Christmas dinner. Hey Red Lobster, If RL is going to continue offering Christmas dinner, please reopen the location on A1A in Daytona Beach Shores. We always went to this location (by the beach, away from speedway events), There is enough local business to support 2 locations when tourist travel is lower. We eat out a lot and are local Platinum Reward members.

Food was very good. We have the app and used our reward for the lobster dip. It was yummy. Our waitress Stacey is the best. We dine her often and she knows what we like and how we like it. She is amazing. We will be back soon.

We eat here often. Stacey is our favorite server. She is the best. She knows what we like and never disappoints us. My husband ordered the catfish blackened and it was excellent. I had the lobster shrimp tacos which were very good. We slso had shrimp scampi on the side as we had a freebie using the Red Lobster club app. We will be back very soon. Love tbis place and we love Stacey!

We dine here frequently. Stacey usually waits on us. She is so attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I had the fried clams & shrimp scampi combo. It was so good. I took some home, as it was a lot of food. My husband always gets the blackened grilled catfish. He was not disappointed...it was excellent.

Our waitress Stacey is the best. She is very knowledgeable and very friendly. She always goes beyond to make sure we have everything we need and the food always comes out how we like it. My husband loves their blackened catfish. I got the garlic shrimp skewers with extra garlic and everything was yummy. We dine here about once every week or so. And will continue to go back.

We arrived a few minutes early, but we were seated right away. Our waitress was Stacey, we requested her. She is fantastic. She remembered what we ordered last time....amazing. She is so helpful and goes out of her way to make sure everything is to our liking. She is very knowledgeable. I ordered the garlic shrimp skewers, which I asked for the tails to be removed. They came out perfect. My husband ordered the catfish, lightly blackened and his came out just the way he likes it. We will go back and we will continue to ask for Stacey!
