They do not honor the times from your reservation, they just put you on the waitlist and you wait like everyone else, useless and unfair, why even have it. Had reservations from this app at 6:30 snd waited 1hr before getting seated. Ugggggg

The food quality was fine. What I would expect for Red Lobster. Everyone was friendly when we arrived. It quickly changed after we received poor service. We politely asked for my scallops, which did not arrive with my meal. We then realized that the baked potatoes that we ordered were not served. I had even ordered an upgrade of lobster topping on mine. The server didn't even notice that we didn't receive these items. By the time she returned to our table, we were finished eating. We politely asked the server to refund us for the topping and pack our potatoes to go, since we had already finished our meal. What was most troubling is that there was little to no apology from server or manager. My husband paid the bill and a manager handled the transaction. Never even asked my husband how our experience was or apologized for mistakes. Seriously doubt we will return. So many restaurants with better service.

My husband got violently ill and was up all night purging his system from undercooked lobster. My meal was delicious.

The new roasted Brussel Sprouts are not very good and the description does not allude to the fact it had some sort of coating and teriyaki sauce.

The service , Kelsey , was very good and on top of our service. My husband ordered black and blue sword fish and it didn’t have any blue cheese. It was mediocre. His baked potato was hard . The salads were good. My mahi-mahi was grilled and very good. I had harvest fall blend veggies and the sweet potato chunks were hard. Biscuits were delicious as usual.

After putting our name in through Open Table, we had waited 30 minutes before I asked the hostess how much longer we could expect to wait. At first she said she had no idea, then she said probably 20-25 minutes longer. When I complained about the length of the wait, another hostess came to tell us our table was ready. I’m pretty sure they had skipped us and we would still be waiting if I hadn’t spoken up. We hadn’t visited Red Lobster in awhile, and this visit reminded us of why - the prices are way too high for seafood that is of a disappointing quality.
