   Loved red lobster 🦞 it was super busy on Friday Valentine's Day but people were trying to get a table just walking in. OpenTable really saved the day and we were seated within 10 minutes. The appetizers and drinks came out quick, but the soup was a little cold by the time the feast came out much later, I wish we knew so we could have gotten the soup while hot! T My picture keeps falling to o upland So I keep getting new edits this is my fourth try, fifth try no photo this time so I stop getting reminders. It won't let me upload a review without a picture?

   Had a thirty five minute wait with a reservation. They had already ran out of several items on the menu. They were also short staffed so it took an hour for the food to come out.

   Seems this location might be severely understaffed. Even with an open table reservation, we waited 40 min for a table. Also waited 20min before our order was taken; our bar order never showed up. The food was good, and our waiter was unbelievably kind for being clearly overwhelmed, he definitely earned his tip and then some.

   This app is a great idea in theory but it didn’t help my wait time in the least bit. I made my reservation early in the morning for a 5pm dinner. When I arrived they already had my name down and said it would only be a 5-10 min wait. Awesome. But then 10 min came and went a few times over. I ended up waiting over and hour and twenty minutes to be seated. Loved the food and service. Definitely won’t be using the app again. Too much false hope lol

   I had to wait 20 minutes after my reservation to be seated. The server was great but the kitchen took very long to get out food.

   Our server was nice, but everything took FOREVER to come out. I ordered the Endless Shrimp. I finished the first plate and ordered a second. It was 20 minutes later and my second plate never came. I ended up leaving because it was taking so long. And don’t order their $5 margarita, it tastes like water.

   Do not recommend this location. I submitted a request for the waitlist seating. When I arrived, I was told I would have a 20 minute wait. I thought that was acceptable so I waited. After 30 minutes, I went up to ask how much longer and he said I would be next. Well, he proceeded to call another family before me, so I went back up to ask when I would be called. Imagine my shock of when he said why you should not have used the call ahead seating. If you just put your name on the list like a walk and you would have been seated quicker. Duh sir why didn’t you tell me that 30 minutes ago. Finally after getting seated it took 15 minutes before anyone even came over and acknowledged us. This was a long and painful dinner. The service was incredibly slow. The food quality was not good at all. I will never ever return to that location.

   First time going to RL, didn't get to try their famous buscuits. Our server Nie promised us a basket of biscuits since their “new person making them was really slow”. Never got them. The table next to us got sat after us about 20 minutes later & they were given a basket of biscuits & not us. We also waited about 15 minutes for a margarita. The food was so good but the service is sad to be a victim of. Maybe a different location would be better. Also it was my grandma's birthday & no one sang the song to her, but 2 other bday parties were sung to. & the server knew about her bday. Thanks RL smh

    We were on the waiting list had to wait about 30 mins to be seated. We had Shakir supported by Lesley and Edwin. all did a very good job ensuring our needs were met if one couldnt get it the other would. It got a bit busy and slowed them down a tad towards the middle but overall the teamwork shown was above and beyond. I felt they graciously made every attempt and succeeded on the majority. Great personality, sense of humor and customer service was received from everyone we interacted with including checkin staff whom were very accommodating. Thank you!
