Waiter was very attentive. Food was medium. Soup was not hot. Fish and coleslaw did’t seem to be seasoned.

They acknowledged our reservation by name and told us they would get our table ready...so they said....but when it was time they continued to tell us it would be 10 more minutes several times. When we voiced that we were told 45 minutes earlier they were getting our table ready they shot back "they DO NOT take reservations " not a good start for our dinner.

Server forgot our appetizer, brought it out after our meal was served, it was a comp. Ended up in a to go box. Main entrée was good. Also, asked repeatedly for boxes and take home biscuits which took about an additional 10-15 min.

First, let’s start by saying that being put on the waitlist thru OpenTable does absolutely nothing for you. Red Lobster will not actually put you on the list until AFTER you arrive. We arrived 15 mins early because I did read that this was a waitlist and not a reservation, and also after receiving a text 2 hours prior from the restaurant stating they do not do reservations. We arrive and was told there was over an hour wait, I mentioned we had been put on the waitlist thru the app and they said oh let’s check you in, you’re still at the bottom of the list. So DO NOT waste your time with the waitlist. Second, their menu options are currently very limited. Third, the food was ok, the quality is not what it was 15 years ago but it was not terrible. Fourth, the wait staff was friendly and prompt, they graciously held the cake we brought in for my daughter’s birthday, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. They really made up for the crappy service we received up front.

With presenting we still waited 30 min, the hostess had zero personality, there was no room at the bar to even order a drink while you wait. The food was mediocre at best, overcooked scallops and overcooked lobster. They'd only get one star except our servicer was nice, the biscuits were perfection and the shrimp was good.
