   We booked for my son's birthday and put a note on the booking for this. The server was very harassed , our table wasn't ready. I told him it was my son's birthday 3 times, not acknowledged. We were put on a random table as ours wasn't ready, it was very wobbly and the server handed my husband a wad of drink mats to climb under the table to fix it, server walked away. All the food came out, I waited 10mins for mine and my husband reminded the server and he simply said that it is the kitchens fault and retrieved my food. He cleared all plates before I was even finished. Not what I was expecting for service, I have been to R Lobster 3 times in the past and have had a good experience.

   It was great. Nice location and everyone that was there was friendly and helpful. I had the lobster tail and shrimp scampi and it was delicious. Would return.

   Biscuits make the place. Ordered lobster bisque bowl and had temperature fluctuations in the bowl, some spoonfuls hot, some lukewarm and not flavorful. I question if it was stored in the right temperature. Lobster pizza was ok, but not special. Server was rushed throwing straws at me because he waiting multiple tables and trying to keep up.

   This place doesn’t honor reservations. We had reservation through Open Table, but they made us wait in line anyway. On top of that we had to leave after 30 minutes wait time because they had some sort of payment system crash and asked us for cash only payment. This was totally ruined Saturday evening.

    Chef made my mothers dish incorrectly. Otherwise it was a typical Red Lobster experience.
