Our waitress never once served us a drink. We had to go to the bar and get them we got our food. She never came back to see how it was. If it was good, we got the wrong food. Nobody came back was an awful dent experience.

Had a 30 min wait after arriving on time for reservation. There were empty tables when we sat down. Service was poor and everyone around us was complaining about service

No point in doing a "reservation". It doesn't actually give you any advantage. We still waited 35 minutes for average food at high prices.

Our waitresses was very attentive. She made time to keep us satisfied. The food was great. One downside was our section was very cold. A bit loud near the bar.

Had not dined at Red Lobster for many years. We both enjoyed the Admiral’s Platter. It was very good in every respect. It was a special occasion. Service was good. The Open Table priority seating worked very well. Otherwise, it looked like we would be in for a long wait. We would probably come back more often, but the price point is too high for us for regular dining out.
