I honestly had given up on Red Lobster and decided to give a different location one last try. It was absolutely worth it. The food was great, cocktails tasty, AND SERVICE WAS PHENOMENAL!!! Thanks again Jordan for restoring my faith in the brand - PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!!

Della's Fish and Chips was not what was expected, only one piece of fish. My dinner was luke warm. I had salmon, Shrimp, and lobster.

When me and my wife came here, we stood there by ourselves for about 15 minutes before the staff acknowledged our presence. Red Lobsters alway have live lobsters in a tank at the front, while this location did as well my wife pointed out that the lobster were dead. After we were seated we sat there for another 20 minutes before a waitress finally arrived as we were talking about going somewhere else. There was confusion because she was supposed to be our waitress. After our order came, the food tasted horrible like the food was stale and that covered it up with an incredible amount of butter. All in all a very terrible experience for me and my wife. We will never go here again!!

The service was great and the server did an awesome job. I believe his name was Dante. I was visiting NC and celebrating my sister’s birthday with family and would definitely come back when I visit again.
