    Waiter was great, however the reservation was made and was sat over an hour after the time reserved.

    Honestly we have been to better locations in Connecticut and in Miami I'm sad that this one being close to home is not even "good" experience for the prices on the Menu. To start the restaurant needs a renovation there are holes on the booths seats and the tables are so low the setting is so outdated that the outside looks better than the inside. The host didn't greet she just looked and made expressions of who's going to talk to me like, then she cleaned the table and all the crumbs dropped to the chairs and left so I had to clean my chair before sitting on it. The air conditioning was too high and the food got cold quickly because it came out at room temperature. The food taste ok but would be better if it was nice and hot. The waitress treat us polite but she wasn't attentive nor friendly so I had to constantly be looking to ask for her attention and it wasn't a busy night they barely had people customers in there. The noise level was mostly from the kitchen. Sadly I didn't like the ambient, nor this location and the service was poor, therefore I won't be coming back to it nor will be referring it to anyone.

    Food quality has definitely gone down hill. It’s hit and miss on food. Cocktails only filled half the glass. The only thing that keeps us coming back are the biscuits.

    Awhile back we stopped going to Red Lobster in Midlothian because the food and service were so poor. They never seemed to recover from 2020 challenges. Even the cheese biscuits were bad. We decided to try it again last night because they offered a free meal for veterans. Everything was very good. Our waitress was professional and friendly. The food was back to pre 2020 standards. The cheese biscuits were perfect. We will definitely be back.

    We went for our sons bday because that was his choice. We hadn’t been in awhile and now I remember why. The food was not good and came out barely warm. The service was lacking. Just not a good experience at all.
