   The waitress with pretty make up and brown hair who has the front section (sorry i can’t recall her name) always takes care of my kids and I. She goes above and beyond! Even remembers they overcooked our steak every time and to order it Rare instead of med rare! Comes out perfect now!

   Service and food were excellent. Ambiance felt a little like a 1980's nightclub with the music they played.

   Everything was great after we were seated However prior to that when we arrived we had reservations and still we had to wait over 20 minutes because when we came in there was total chaos inside there were a lot of people there waiting and things seem to be out of control. Hostess seemed frazzled and not in control of herself or the situation. Very rude and dismissive. Hostess situation leaves much to be desired and loads of room for improvement. When I make reservations I’m going with the expectation to be seated at the time of reservation not be dismissed and told they will seat me “ as soon as they can” what is the point of reservation then?!?? Might as well just show up and hope for the best right?!?? Other than that food, wait staff etc was great. Hostess and hostess station negative starts…

   We made our first Open Table reservation at Red Lobster and didn't know this option was available. Unfortunately, it was of no help since we were not seated upon arrival at our reservation time. In fact, others with no reservation were seated as they walked in while we waited. I think the hostess wasn't trained at all about seating procedures although she was very pleasant. Bad management. Upon being seated, we were ignored for 5 minutes. Then we placed our order, our drinks and salads arrived, but we had no silverware. I had to hunt down several waiters before we were given napkins and silverware. No training is a bad thing in the restaurant industry as there are many options for customers, even in a pandemic.
