   Red Lobster just isn't the same as it was growing up. Service was great, food, not so much. :/

   Had an 8pm reservation and when I got to the restaurant, I was told that even though I had a reservation, I was still going to have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for a table

   Even though we requested 7:00 at 5:15, when we arrived they gave us the same 1 hr wait time as people just walking in. Seems they use OpenTable and free advertising rather than the intended use. We informed we asked to be on the list through open table at 5:15 and they said that only gets you in the list, but have wait time after you check in.

   Worst service we've ever had. Server was new and unfamiliar with the menu which I could excuse, but she was extremely rude and provided horrible service. Had to ask 3 other servers and the host that were all working hard for cutlery, water, missing items, etc. Manager was non existent (Apparently it was Ashely, but she was no where to be found). Server brought 2 of our 3 entrees without cutlery and then the 3rd. First 2 entrees were cold by the time that happened. Very disappointed in a place we usually really enjoy.

   This is the first time I wasn’t pleased with the food. My steak was way undercooked (and I couldn’t find my waiter to tell him.). My lobster tail was really small and dry. Even the piece of salmon my mom got was extremely small. Trying to get a refill on a drink took forever. No one offered us dessert / dessert menu. Then it took almost 20 minutes to flag someone down so we could get our check to find out the table of 6 paid our check (their waitress gave them the wrong check) so more waiting…… Not the best Father’s Day experience taking my dad and husband out for dinner.
