We had a reservation for 6pm. Arrived at 5:50pm and was seated immediately. The waiter brought water 10 minutes after ordered. Waited 30 minutes for mushrooms appetizer, and 67 minutes until food arrived. Wife's fish looked like a child’s portion and was flavorless. The music was mostly "dance" music and was too loud. The Brussel sprouts that were not delivered with the meal were burnt and for the most part inedible. The good news is there are 362 days until the next Valentine's Day, so maybe they can figure out how to run a restaurant between now and then. We won't be back again regardless.

Outstanding service on Christmas Day! Our server was so warm and friendly. Food came quickly and was the best we’ve had at a Red Lobster. Salads were fresh, biscuits warm, and shrimp prepared perfectly. A really positive experience - especially on a busy holiday day.

Tequila provided EXCELLENT SERVICE, attending to all of our requests. Staff wished us a Merry Christmas as we left. Thanks to everyone that gave up their holiday so we could enjoy ours!!!

We have been to this location many times over the years. We made reservations as it was a Saturday night before the holidays. This location was not busy when we arrived. Gave name for reservations said they would seat us soon.. 3 groups one larger,then ours did walk ins and seated them before us and left us seated out front waiting for 10 minutes . We were seated drinks ordered, then dinner. When dinner finally arrives, the order is messed up and not complete it took sending back my meal 3 times to get what I ordered, which was just coconut shrimp. 2 of our others guest with us had their orders wrong as well. The manager even brought me the wrong order. We will not be back at this location as being ignored after your mess up isn't acceptable. Or sending a different server as you don't want to take care of your mess up. The manager did nothing to make this correct either.

Service was slow but very courteous. Waitress kept us apprised of the kitchen backup and checked on us frequently. Seafood mushroom appetizer came out cold and not even cooked, but they removed from bill. A slip in the kitchen. Mains were very good. Just took a very long time. Drinks also slow. The lobby was full of waiting patrons, but there were always plenty of empty tables. This indicates they must be understaffed, like so many other places.

Everything was excellent, the absolute the only complaints I have is I asked for tartar sauce and never got it and my first Dr Pepper tasted like Diet Pepsi. Overall, it was still excellent and delicious.

The Rock Lobster was not that good. It had a very black crust on the bottom. Our waiter was not very good at serving. He kept handing things to us instead of just putting them on the table. Our baked potatoes came out when we were halfway through our meal. I would recommend Red Lobster to a friend, but only because we had a previous experience recently that was better.

It was nice and had a very relaxed atmosphere. We had a table of 16 come in and sit next to us while dining. Our server was able to take care of them and continue taking care care of us. Someone else (manager, maybe?) also came by and checked on our table just making sure that we were still being taken care of because of the large party that was seated next to us. The food was great. Hot biscuits. Lobster. Yum

Reservation was overlooked. Restaurant overcrowded of of guests waiting for a table AND overcrowded in the dining area (the other nearby location was shut due to a kitchen fire). Biscuits were extremely dry and had no butter on them.
