We had a reservation for 615, we were not seated til after 7 pm. So many empty tables. Our server was amazing, she took on our table even though the manager sat us and was suppose to take care of the table. The host was so high he couldn't even form a sentence when we asked him why there were so many empty tables, he actually shrugged his shoulders. We waited almost 30 minutes just to order a glass of water. The food was quick and delicious but the host and manager are what has caused my low review.

This restaurant doesn’t take into account ‘open table’ reservations; they take customers in the order of arrival; we were placed 30mn after the reservation time; the reception staff isn’t friendly, neglected and of questionable cleanliness; the staff in the dining room is very efficient, but the kitchen must be overloaded because we still had to wait 30mn to be served. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

We had reservation, got there 30 minutes before. They told us still will be wait. Fine, waiting, waiting, everybody is going in before us. We asked, told us two more tables. After 5 more go in we asked, they forgot to mark us down. Food not worth the money.

Since we were dining on a Saturday evening, I expected the restaurant to be busy. We had called ahead to be put on the list and were seated after 25 minutes. That is when the delays really began. We waited for our waitress to appear, we then waited for water and biscuits, the wait for our cocktails was over 30 minutes. We were at the table for over an hour before we received our food. We thought it was because of how busy they were but then noticed that tables with a different server received their food much more quickly. Our waitress kept apologizing but then kept disappearing. The lobster fest food was delicious when we finally received it but we were full from the four baskets of biscuits that were delivered while we waited so we took most of it home.

Took my 91 year old mother and family for a Valentines dinner since this will be the last one she will be able to get since she won’t be having another one due to stage 4 cancer. The food looked like it was something you can buy in the freezer section at your local grocery store. Unbelievable!!! That they would actually serve this
