    Seriously shocked. Been to Red O on many occasions. Love the food, ambience, service and drinks, Today was really disappointing. Arrived with a friend, who has a walker and serious health issues. Check in, and we were taken to a table way out in the Patio, while walking by empty tables. Didn’t say anything, hoping to be seated closest to where we were being led. Oh NO, we had to pass through large chairs and obstacles with a friend using walker. My friend has MS. Why would your staff take us to the furthest table in the Patio. While seating people with zero disabilities closer? Is your staff trained on how to handle people with disabilities? Obviously not. For a high end restaurant, this behavior is extreme, disappointing.

    We came here because my daughter had a birthday. We love the atmosphere and food here. It’s a fun birthday experience. We got Tres leches cake at the end with a sparkler.
