Not the cheapest restaurant, but worth it. I had the Lobster Mac and cheese, and it was awesome. There is very nice live music on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. I would definitely go back.

We ate in the bar/lounge area during Happy Hour. The area is very nice looking. The bar/lounge was about 40% full. It look a bit for them to take our order. They never came by asking if things were okay and if we wanted another drink (which we did). When they came to clear our plates, they asked if we wanted another drink (it was now 6:10, happy hour ends at 6). We asked if we could get another drink at Happy Hour prices and they said no. The food was good, not great. French Dip was tasty, but meat a little chewy. Fish dishes were good, but nothing special. Overall, we would go back for just a drink and to enjoy the vibe, but would pass on dining again.

Outdoor table was very pleasant for dinner. Came back the next night. Crab cake with shrimp was perfectly cooked. Spinach side dish was generous.. Across the street from Carnegie Hall. Carnegie Hall members get a 10% discount. Will be back whenever in NYC visiting Carnegie Hall.

I expected more of a lunchtime crowd and was pleasantly surprised to find that we were seated quickly in an uncrowded area. The food is delicious, as always, and each of us in our small party of three took advantage of the Prix Fixe menu offerings. While my colleagues started with the greek salad that looked fresh and amazing, I started with the shrimp cocktail. Two of us had the blackened mahi-mahi, which was unfortunately a little over done and actually a little tough. And the third in our party had the salmon. He requested medium, and it too, came out a little over. That said, the flavors were there and we focused on our conversation, not the food. The waiter, though nice, blamed the busser for not attending to our water glasses. No one asked how the meal was, so there wasn't the opportunity to offer feedback in the moment. Overall the food was good, not outstanding, but everyone is entitled to an off day. Usually the food is remarkable. The flavors were there today. They just lost track a bit. Fish doesn't need as long as they gave it. It's a great place and I've been there before, I'll certainly be back.

Sat us by the service bar with the door going to the outside patio right behind us. Gusts of wind kept blowing through our meal. other patrons were complaining about it also. Our waiter was very good but very busy. Working hard! P.S. The women’s bathroom was filthy. Toilet overflowing with wet floor.
