   Bar & wine selection as well as recommendations outstanding! Food excellent. Crown Royal would expand a nice selection. One complaint I was embarrassed at check out my AMEX was refused! A year ago at my last visit to Florence no issues but had to have a customer pay unacceptable! That will prevent future return without change. Otherwise very satisfied customer! Ken B.

   Esperienza eccellente. Consigliatissimo! Abbiamo ordinato Ospite 1. carpaccio di manzo, tagliata di manzo, cantucci con vin santo Ospite 2. tagliolini al tartufo, tagliata di manzo, un calice di Chianti. Acqua e caffè 136 euro, in linea con l’eccellente location (enormemente di livello superiore ad altre turistiche ed anche più costose come la cena di ieri sera al Granaio che sconsiglierei).

   One of the best steak experiences I’ve ever had. The evening started by meeting both chefs from Amaren and Regina over a glass of Prosecco. Our server was well apprised of our wine pairings for the evenings meal and made sure our table was always properly laid. The starters blended innovation and taste beautifully. The sweetbreads were cooked perfectly, the steak and tuna tartare was seasoned perfectly and melted in our mouths, and the black cabbage mousse surprised both of us in its decadence and vegetal intensity. Each was paired perfectly with local wines. The Chianina was cooked and seasoned to perfection, offering a great take on the Florentine staple. The steak sourced from the mountainous regions of Spain was one of the most interesting cuts of meat we have ever tasted. The cut is lean but with a delicious stripe of fat on one edge which is diced into small pieces which is then advised to pair with each bite of steak. Once again the cook was amazing, and the salting of the steak at the table is a nice touch. A beautiful red is paired with each steak. A delicious cheesecake completed the meal. One of the best ways to celebrate over a meal if you are looking for a new experience and like meat.

   Eccellente!!!! Abbiamo scelto una bistecca Fiorentina che è stata buonissima. Il personale molto gentile, attento e competente. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!!! Consigliato per chi desidera un alta qualità del cibo e non solo!
