   The filet mignon was absolutely cooked to perfection as it always is. We missed our former waiter, Jay, but had a nice young lady wait on us. Only thing that wasn't perfect was the asparagus was a little tough, but in the past it has been wonderful. Probably just a seasonal thing. We will be going back again next month with a large party!

   We have eaten here before and have had a great experiences. Although, last visit was not as great. We made a reservation for my sons birthday a month in advance and still waited half and hour to be seated as 4 tops were seated before our party of five. While giving the waitress our drink order, another tables food came out and she quickly left us while ordering to dole out the other tables food. The volume in the restaurant was extremely loud and difficult to hear the server and each other! The bathroom was left atrocious and without any soap to clean your hands. I hope this feedback can help guide Remingtons service in the direction that matches the experience that their guests are looking for while dinning with them!

   Everything from Service to food was Excellent. I, personally felt very crowded and found it very difficult to carry on a conversation with it being so loud for a fine dining experience. Again, if you are ok with that, an Excellent restaurant and a Great asset to Ocala.

   Our first time eating at Remington's. We arrived on time and we're greeted by the hostess. She had an attitude of haughtiness about her. No hello only a gliom face. She was ready to seat us when another couple came in the front door. She told the seater immediately to seat them first. Disgraceful! We were seated in the main dinning room, which was very noisy with tables close together. Our waiter seemed not very skilled he took our orders. I had a dry aged Kansas city strip sirloin and my wife had filet mignon. We ordered a Caesar salad to split and garlic mashed potatoes. We also ordered the lyonnaise potatoes. I must say that the food was delicious. The Caesar salad was exceptional. I also had a vodka tonic and a glass of Pinot noir. Both were very good. We finished our dinner and waited for our waiter to clean the table. After waiting twenty more minutes still our waiter failed to show. We talked to another waiter and he cleared our table. In all this time we were never offered a refill of our empty water glasses. We paid and left not feeling happy. I will go back if I go with my friend who know the owners.

   Excellent food and service, no question about that. The room is dark with navy blue walls and low lighting. Also, all hard surfaces so when full the noise level is very energetic. If being picky, the sun dried tomatoes in the risotto side had a little too much chew. Would recommend but it is certainly a $$$$ restaurant.

   Sat on patio our server Edgar was terrific. We throughly enjoyed the Steak Charcuterie it was incredible. The patio atmosphere was wonderful and you could enjoy conversations with each other.

   This is a lovely place with great food. We went for a 5:30 dinner reservation and arrived about 20 minutes early; however, the restaurant was able to seat us without issue. We all ordered steaks and two family style sides. We tried the fried Brussels sprouts and au gratin potatoes. Everything was delicious. Steaks were cooked to perfection! Chrissy, our server, was excellent. My only complaint was that we were seated near the bar area and it was extremely loud; I was actually struggling to hear our conversation at the table. While the food was excellent, this would make me reconsider a return visit. We spoke with the manager, who told us that some panels have been ordered to help with this issue; but sadly, until that’s addressed, I would give them a pass. Will have to check back in about a month or so and update my review.
