   The food was significantly overpriced. The menu was minimal and had no salad options. We asked for a Martin. Since we requested a separate charge for the gin and another charge for the "gin preparation". All is hyped for what it really offers. Seems like the food menu at the bar was much better.

   Este lugar es una joya, la decoración, el personal y la comida 10/10. La hostess atentísima desde el segundo que entramos, al final de la cena nos ayudó a conseguir transporte de regreso al hotel entonces para cuando salimos del lugar estaban esperándonos. La comida cada plato fue superando al anterior y el postre que era un panque/pastel de cerveza fue una locura. Si van a este lugar tienen que probarlo.

   This is by far the best restaurant we've been to in a while. The ambience was to die for. The food was executed to perfection. The wine list was extensive yet reasonable. The service was 5 stars! We'll seriously come back to Todos Santos, specifically to enjoy this restaurant.

   What a perfect evening! The atmosphere is enchanting and beautiful, the service is exceptional in every way: attentive, knowledgeable, courteous. The food delicious. My daughter adored the gnocchi. The ribeye was a great family share size along with the pork chop. The real treat is the sommelier! He is a European wine expert and the selection is stellar. If you’re feeling a sophisticated evening after the beach, i recommend 1890.

   Our first time dining at this restaurant. My wife and I had a very romantic lunch in the garden area. The food options were very creative and delicious. The service was top notch. Next time, we are going to stay at their hotel called the Todo Santos Boutique Hotel, which has been completely remodeled during the last 2 years. Small, 10 room, boutique hotel with out door heated pool. A few of the rooms Have their private out door Jacuzzi. This is a not to be missed experience. Easy drive from Los Cabo’s. The General Manager came over to say hello and introduce himself while we were enjoying and after lunch Carajillo.

   1890 is my favorite restaurant. The atmosphere is so sophisticated and warm. Indoors. The food is always prepared with a sense of art in presentation and the flavors are superb Thank you for the quality of service. Walter. Adrian. Jonathan. Gloria. Leticia. Brandon. Caesar are too notch.

   A beautiful hotel and restaurant but rather disappointing dinner for our last night on the Baja. Service was good but not real friendly. Margaritas were good. Hamachi appetizer tasted a little fishy, fish special was okay but not great, pork chop was about half fat. Everything needed seasoning, but no salt/pepper on table. For the price, we expected better than average.

   If you appreciate highly trained Staff, exceptional food and the finest wine selection in BCS (Thankyou Jorge) all wrapped in old world classy environment that can not be beat!

    Loved this restaurant. Great food, lovely service. Gorgeous setting. One comment: neither my husband nor I drink alcohol, and we felt pushed to (directed to the bar even though our table was ready) at every turn. Our waiter was very attentive, but I felt like his training demanded that he push the alcohol. This should be a thing of the past, in this and all restaurants.
