   Ambience is a 10. Service was a 10. There is definitely better food to be had in Yountville.

   We've been coming since RH yountville opened, each time ordered the same food. This time as usual service was amazing, ambiance amazing. Shaved ribeye sandwhich had a change of bread which was subpar compared to before. The quality of meat was substantially lower as well, and they got rid of the peppers which made the meal whole. The charred broccolini is no longer served on a cast iron and arrived cold and not as flavorful as before. My husbands Ribeye was overcooked, and very poor quality. We compared to photos of the first few years of business and it was visibly smaller and low quality cut of meat. They no longer served the same seasoning salt as before either. Cookies were hard and flavorless. This was our favorite restaurant which we look forward to multiple times a year. Really sad to see our favorite restaurant cut corners. Us regulars notice a difference. They seem to have added more options but have significantly lowered their standard of quality when it came to their food. Seems RH is striving for quantity over quality. Very disappointing. Unfortunately after today's meal we have no desire to come back.

   Service was not at level expected for 5 star rating like Michelin 1,2,or 3 star. Service is actually the most horrendous thing this place has, you have to ask for the side dish they forgot to bring out as you are half way through your steak. The hostess is rude so you can imagine the servers being less than attentive. It starts at the door. I love the decor, ambience, food was decent but not best Brazino or steak. Pesto sauce was delicious. Really the service needs to be fixed and this place could be great. Get ready to flag people down if you eat here.

   I love the ambiance at RH and my favorites are the fried artichokes, the caviar and chips and the arugula salad , I drive from Elk Grove for these delicious dishes often. Thank you RH for the great dining experience 👍
