   Nothing angers me more than when I make a reservation for a special occasion, like a birthday in this case, and the hostess seats us in the worst seat in the place. The restaurant is full of intimate booths and we get seated at a tiny table next to the fountain. Throughout the night we had the pleasure of guests squeezing between our table and the fountain as an alternative shortcut. I equally blame the RH for the design as I do the inconsiderate patrons, who this this is acceptable. Would I have spent more at a nice table, you betcha. So it was a soda and a salad for me. The waiter was very nice and did great job, except when he asked if we wanted sparkling water or still. I chose still and he brought out sparkling and charged $9 for it. The restaurant is very elegant and the food is exceptional. I expect to pay top dollar for such and we did. The next time I return, I will have a backup plan in case we get seated by the fountain or I will make the reservation for four to avoid it all together.

   It is gorgeous with a beautiful view but the service from the waitress was just okay. We had to ask her to come back for water and other items. The hostesses were amazing though!!! The food was good but not worth the price and the cappuccino was awful and I drink those all the time everywhere, not just at Starbucks. I would only go back for a drink some pics and to hang on the patio before going out or somewhere else for dinner.

   We had a wonderful experience celebrating a teen birthday with family and friends. Our waiter made the experience that much special, he was very interactive with the teens and made this experience special for our night.

   Our experience was great except for our server. She was slow to respond to our needs. And it only got worse as dinner proceeded. She got seated with a third table and then we barely saw her. To get the check was difficult!

   Christmas Eve dinner, as expected, the restaurant was very busy. Ambiance was very nice. Food was very good. Menu is limited and yet they ran out of the Shaved Ribeye and Butterscotch Brûlée. The two menu items my wife wanted. Not a big deal, just saying. Service was excellent. I would recommend for special occasions.

    Wonderful place to celebrate the holidays! Plenty of parking and eye candy to see as you make your way up the stairs. Menu has wide variety for everyone even picky eaters! Waiter had great recommendations. Lobster rolls with caviar and banana spilt were a must!!! Best place to feel like you’re outside when it’s cold but you are tucked inside where it is cozy!
