   Never met a rude hostess in my life very condensing person. My reservations was at 7:45 I was there 7:40 pm & I was waiting my young niece & her friend to join me & they were running late. I waited till my niece & her friend were in RH looking around they were coming up the elevators & I asked for Table I can be seated. Her response was can’t get a table cause your other party members are not here. I told they will be less than minute & I want sit I have waiting it was almost 8 pm. She refused to give me the table & than when my niece arrived she would not acknowledge me. I spoke to a manager who was not paying any attention to the clients & he was not happy in a situation & tried his best to be nice. I suggest such people should not be in Hospitality business. Secondly when we got our drink order my non alcoholic Bellini was all sticky with orange juice. I told the waiter & he just ignored, our food came except the starter. He forgot!!! 10 minutes later they came piping hot…… Service & attendants are terrible & I think it was last time I am going to RH

   立地や店の雰囲気はよかったのですが、全体的に会話が声が高く、時々叫び声もあって減点です　提供時間も、混雑を考慮しても遅かった印象です

   The table where we were seated was next to the service station and we constantly were bothered by conversations at the station
