   The ambiance is amazing . The food and service both top notch . We tried the Barata appetizer and the Gem Salad with truffle fries. We will definitely be back .

   Beautiful setting in a greenhouse atmosphere. Food was very good but very expensive. Noise level was very high very hard to talk with anyone.

   Lunchtime staff are welcoming and helpful. The ambience and rooftop views are exquisitely appointed. The service was exceptional. We had to twice ask for things that the waiter forgot and we received them quickly. The staff were complimentary and very attentive to our requests.

   If you are going for the ambience, it is outstanding. The food was good, but overpriced as it lacked flavor and the portions were small. The Italian Benedict came with two pieces of prosciutto. The food was delivered warm, but not hot. The infamous Peach Bellini was delicious, but not cold. The best thing we ordered was the lobster roll, but the ratio of lobster to bread was disappointing. Just FYI, they do not serve liquor. I’d recommend visiting the Rooftop for a drink to experience the ambience. We spent $180 for two adults during the weekend brunch and we didn’t leave with leftovers.

   What can I say, if you want a beautiful ambiance, nice servers and beautiful surrondings, definitely make a reservation. The food was marginal at best; cold chicken sandwich, off tasting chicken and bland ceaser salad, tepid latte and half runny scrambled eggs. Many better options in Raleigh.

    Lots of hype, kind of overrated . Very beautiful but, the bar area is not well thought out. It is in direct line of traffic for staff and they are clearly annoyed by it. Only wine & a few cocktail options, and it takes a while to get those. Food was expensive but just so so. The first floor hostess was pretty rude, we asked to sit on a couch we genuinely were interested in buying but said “I prefer you didn’t” with her nose in the air when we asked to sit on it. It’s an experience & a place you go to be seen, but not worth the 3mth wait or price tag.
