   One of the best experiences that exceeds your expectations. Amy is an exceptional guide in bringing a dinner service to life. We learned so much history of the Rick Erwin brand, its heritage, and how they maintain those expectations. The quality of service and food presentation parallels the beautiful Spartanburg backdrop in which Level 10 exemplifies its name.

   Location and ambience is great. Service was average. Only came to the table couple of times and had to ask for our waitress couple of time for basic service Food was mediocre. Ahi tuna was over cooked and came with no sides. If we had to order sides, no problem but let us know. Salmon was good but also no sides. Left a little hungry after spending $200 for 3.

   We were excited to sit outside for my daughter’s graduation and birthday. For whatever reason, our outside experience felt like we were in a completely different restaurant. For a so called high end restaurant of Spartanburg, the service was very casual, bar like. Our menus were thrown on the edge of the table and never handed to each of us. Service was slow, disjointed, and had to ask for more silverware or drink menus several times. My favorite part was when the server yelled at us across the room to confirm our drink order, as she was headed to the kitchen. Really?!The servers were barely just going through the motions. More training is needed. The food was just ok. The mushroom ravioli was more like a soup, but no spoon was served. I love salt, but even I felt the dish was way too salty. I understand busy nights, but I have experienced this kind of service at this restaurant before. We were also on the early end of reservations before they were busy and service was still lacking. No part of the evening felt special. Unfortunate.

   Rick Erwin’s is a beautiful venue on top of the AC hotel. The bar area is to the left of the elevator and is a modern design. The dining area is also modern, yet cozy and private tables. The food was good, but not exceptional. We both had steaks that were cooked to perfection. The fried green tomatoes were good. The craft cocktails were excellent. The Caesar salad was VERY fishy and basically inedible. Staff was attentive , but the small details you would expect in a high end restaurant were lacking. For example, we had to switch tables because there was some type of black grease on our tablecloth.

   This is our second visit to Level 10 since moving to Spartanburg in July 2024. I think I liked it even better than the first visit which was outstanding, but the restaurant was basically empty, so it was like we had it all to ourselves. The service and the food both were impeccable. This place is definitely one of our favorites.

   Extremely disappointed. Not the level expected from such establishment. Service was a disaster, my food was overcooked and side was cold. Had to ask twice for a glass of wine that I could not even finish (it was not good). Server and manager apologized and asked if they could offer us something but honestly I would rather pay for an enjoyable meal than have a discount.

   My wife and I had a reservation for 7:15. We were a right on time. Timing was important because we have a 9 month old at my sister in laws and being away from the baby for any length of time is difficult. I really wanted to go all out for my wife's first mother's day though. We were told we had to wait for our table in the lounge or at the bar so we got a drink at the bar. 10 minutes go by and another couple walk up and get seated immediately. I asked if our table was ready and was told I had to pay for our cocktails before they'd seat us. We ordered apps and they were good but we waited almost an hour for a Shrimp Gnocchi and the Flounder. The waitress did apologize for the wait and explained that they had 2 people in the kitchen walk out. The Flounder was so overcooked it reminded me of instant mashed potatoes before you add seasoning and water. The Shrimp Gnocchi was pretty good but we didn't have the time to enjoy our dinner at that point because we had to get back to the baby. We boxed up our own dishes and left around 9:20. Unfortunately, our experience was not at all worth the $270 we spent.

    Our experience was very good although the delivery of our food was slow. Not sure if the kitchen was backed up. Did not hinder a good time however. The space is wonderful.
