Located in Greenville’s Historic West End district, Rick Erwin’s West End Grille is a traditional American steak and seafood house that takes fine dining to new levels. With a stylish bar, cozy wine cellar, and inviting dining room bathed in rich, dark woods, West End Grille boasts an atmosphere infused with ambiance and complemented by an extensive contemporary menu and fine wine list. At the same time, intimate and striking, sophisticated and comfortable. A private glass-encased dining room seats 24 and is adjacent to an elegant wine cellar with a vast selection of fine wines. Next door to the restaurant is a private 2,500 square-foot private dining room available for larger private dinners and special occassions.     As always, we had an outstanding meal and experience. Love coming here on Christmas Eve. Rick always greets every table. He knows that there are more options available to dine, and he appreciates us choosing his!

    The food as always was excellent. We have been to this particular restaurant many times and have had a variety of meals, and we have never been disappointed. The service was excellent not only by our waiter but also the other members of the staff.

    We had a wonderful Christmas Eve at Rick Erwin’s West End Grill. Our waiter Preston and his assistant Zach took excellent care of us. This was our second time dining there, and it did not disappoint. Food and service were both excellent. Highly recommend!

    Bar service was fabulous, and all staff were exceptionally pleasant. The filet was superb, the strip was excellent but the Delmonico ribeye was very subpar. It was grizzly, lacked adequate marbling and was not tender at all. Flavor was also suspect; not beefy and some weird taste evident. The side dishes were over the top delicious .

    BEWARE.if you valet your vehicle it will ruin your evening rudest, most obnoxious valet attendants They lost our ticket and keys , and I was told if I complained to get my own car….got the manager and waiter …who straightened it out Food, service, presentation and attention to detail inside the restaurant is superb ! Highly recommended, just walk or park your own car… avoid the valet service entirely!

    Serenity was incredible and so were all of the other top-notch staff members. From start to finish, everything was superb . The food, service, and ambience were outstanding!! Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you so much for a fabulous & memorable dining experience!

    Our service was missing half the time and did not serve us. We had other servers notice that our water glasses were empty for more than 10 mins and came to fill our glasses up. The service should have been better when you are paying for that kind of service and food.
