Last minute booking as passing by but very glad we did. The food was amazing value for money at such high quality. Simple menu but presented wonderfully. I have had afternoon tea there previously which was equally exceptional but pleased to say the rest of menu just as good. Can’t wait to return next time in Cumbria : )

Hello very pleasant only negative would be cost... The other matters including the staff and food are fabulous mains are good value stay away from starters and afters! 😕Omg value for money not at all.. but very good quality alas to the kitchen!

The place its self is great but we think its needs someone in charge running the show because the customer service is not ok but could be so much better

Had a really nice time, the food was excellent but we were not informed when we booked the table that there was a private party taking place that evening. So at 4.35 pm after just ordering a bottle of Prosecco we were told that we would need to leave by 5pm - we were hoping to stay for a cocktail!
