   This experience was awful!! Sat at the table for 30 minutes waiter only came once and then completely ignored us even thought I waved at him several times was not very busy and just got up and left!!

   I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by my first visit to the Rise lounge in Mundelein. All of the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. The lounge was a good temperature with excellent ventilation for smoking. There were several different games to play and the water that was served was excellent! It definitely helps when smoking. I look forward to coming back soon.

   How do you not love a place you can smoke weed and play BINGO at the same time. I can always find great value products to buy for my visit. Cool prizes and cool vibes . The only negatives are the bouncer at the food to get in.?Even though we are there almost every week it does not matter ho nice and accommodating we try to be the person at the front is rude and even though we are early, she acts like we are late and our reservation may have been canceled .Then 2nd, I don’t know if it is because we are there for Bingo but they have been collecting our devices 30 min early with the 7 o clock reservations even though our reservation is 730. Aside from those 2 things it is great.

   Second time coming here and while it is a drive from the city, totally worth it. Make sure you arrive on time, more than 15 min late and they cancel your reservation. The ambiance is great, very chill. The staff is really nice and add a layer of comfort. You can take your own food or order DoorDash/uber eats. Bring your own plates, napkins and cutlery. Make sure to bring cash to tip because you can’t do that on a card.

   Love coming in to smoke, the cleanest lounge in Illinois with the best staff and smoking devices, can’t compare it to anywhere else!

   The lounge reception was not there to seat us on time. Thus i missed out on my reservation. None of the staff told us we had to check in first thing. Very uncoordinated in my opinion
