   The food was fantastic! The tahine short rib was one of the best I've ever eaten. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was cozy. The drinks were also very good.

   Riserva never fails to impress. Great food and great service in an atmosphere where you can actually hear your dining partners. Great job. In from Florida and had to stop by. We will see you again!

   Return visit to Riserva Bar + Tapas in Oklahoma City and had an exquisite experience as always. Took the family this time, it was my Aunt, Uncle and Cousin’s first visit. The short rib hummus was a standout, offering a rich and flavorful twist on a classic dish. Scallop risotto is still one of my top 3 favs. Our server, Erica, was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing our dining experience with her friendly and sincere energy. She engages with everyone and truly wants all those at her table to have a great time. The cozy atmosphere and inventive tapas make Riserva a must-visit spot for anyone seeking a memorable meal in OKC.

    We went to Riserva as a group of nine for a work Christmas dinner. Everything was outstanding. We got the dip trio, patatas, and short rib hummus to start. The pita bread that was served with the dips were light and fluffy, the short ribs were very tender and flavorful and the patatas were light and crispy! I had the risotto and scallops which was prepared expertly! Creamy risotto and the scallops were big and sweet and delicate! We had the cardamom date cake for dessert, which was amazing. I don’t have one negative thing to say about this place! I would highly recommend. Our server was also so sweet and knowledgeable about the menu.
