Cucina di alto livello, ma soprattutto materie prime estremamente selezionate e uniche, alle quali dedichiamo importanti spazi informativi sulla provenienza e la storia, un aspetto spesso trascurato a cui noi teniamo molto. Utilizziamo gli acquari per astici, aragoste e ostriche, garantendo una perenne freschezza, selezioniamo in modo accurato tutte le materie prime, come la carne piemontese di vitella delle Langhe, salumi spagnoli… Amiamo lavorare sull’ unione tra spezie e materie prime internazionali, che sperimentiamo durante i nostri viaggi, ed elementi della tradizione reinterpretati in modo molto personale.Il baccalà, per esempio, viene proposto crudo o cotto in infusione. Proponiamo anche il sushi, con ingredienti rigorosamente giapponesi.

We had a wonderful NewYear's Eve dinner at Al Cristo. Stefano was a fabulous waiter, who made great recommendations of food choices & wine. All of the staff were extremely accommodating & friendly. It was very memorable.

Poor service, didn’t get what they told us it would be. Afterwards they argued with us we should have googled the food before (then actually googled and it was still something else) Forgot to bring the wine, which can happen but just added to the frustration. No commercial gesture, not even an apology, but offered a limoncello…
