   My experience did, unfortunately, not meet the expectations I had in advance based on the reviews and the price point - maybe they simply were too high. I booked a table in advance because it was my accompanying person‘s birthday. In the booking notes, I mentioned the occasion and that we would like to sit outside. The first disappointment was that we were not placed at a proper table next to the water but at a small table on the sidewalk. This meant that both of us sat with the back against the wall, at the same corner of the small and tilted table, leaving only a third of the table for us to eat at with the rest of the table being out of reach. It also meant that the desired romantic sunset-view of the Rialto bridge was limited and disturbed by the countless people strolling by, by the other part of the terrace closer to the Canale Grande, and by the awning. The next disappointments were that I could not see any sign of a special birthday table preparation and that I did not notice any outpouring friendliness and attention or at least some congratulations to my company by the staff. Towards the end of our dinner, I verbally reminded the staff of the birthday and kindly asked for a surprise from the kitchen - a dessert with the smallest of all candles put on top of it was delivered a few minutes later. After we had finished our food and drinks it seemed as though the staff constantly overlooked us until, after roughly 20+ minutes, I had to raise my hand for a waiter to finally notice us again, so that I could ask for the check. Disappointingly, I also had to pay the kitchen‘s „birthday surprise‘s“/dessert‘s full price. (Thus,) DO NOT book a table in advance, (also) because a) the staff seemingly does not really consider any occasion you might mention, and b) they charge 20 € per person if you cancel a reservation - which is a really bad joke because there are so many people walking by and going into this restaurant that.

   Excellent restaurant with very nice food and best service. We booked a few months ahead for our anniversary and definitely not disappointed. Look for Fabio (restaurant manager) - he’s the best

   If you're looking for a romantic location close to the Rialto Bridge, look no further. Yes it is a bit touristy but food is good and service is impeccable. Massimo was outstanding and extremely attentive and helped make it a wonderful evening. He is knowledgeable about wines and helped make some great recommendations. Gondola stop is directly beside the restaurant so a wonderful way to end the evening.

   First, we never received our appetizers. Then the waiter brought us Chardonnay when we ordered Pinot Grigio. He came back to say they were out of what we ordered, offering us options €20 more than our original order. I ordered the brazino, it was good, but I’ve had better for the price. In my humble opinion, if you are looking for a view of the Rialto Bridge while dining, it is a place to go. If you are looking for quality food and good service, try another place.

   Food was well prepared but overpriced given the small portions. Wine was typical x4 but excellent selection. Given location on the Grand Canal next to Rialto Bridge the prices were to be expected. Nevertheless an additional 12% plus coperto we're unexpected and drove home that this is a tourist vice local establishment

   Great food, great wine, great service and great company!! All set outdoors under a tent overlooking the grand canal while it rained! It was an amazing night!

   On est peut-être tombé sur un mauvais jour mais contrairement aux bons avis - qui nous avait d’ailleurs aider à choisir ce resto - s’est révélé être une cata pour nous. , très déçue !

    Fabio y su servicio son la mera onda hace que valga la pena una buena velada en este hermosa ciudad. si piden pulpo, digan que no le quemen las patitas, Saludos de la patrona Fabio.
