Es war das erste Mal seit Nutzung Ihrer App oder generell : Meine Buchung wurde bestätigt und ich reiste zu zweit und pünktlich an. Leider vergeblich. Das Restaurant und Hotel ist und war geschlossen . So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Enttäuschend und peinlich …
