   The place is big and cold. The fireplace was nice to look at but not much heat came out of it. The waitress (Kelsey) was not very happy or friendly. Not attentive at all to a large group of people. Didn’t ask if we wanted refills or clean the table when requested. The gentleman that came out with our food was much nicer. The food was lukewarm to cold. One dish was hot, out of eight meals. Not a good record. This was my second time eating here and our last time.

   We will come back. The food was great. We had the shepherds pie and bruschetta chicken. We loved our dishes and will order again. Our server was attentive and helpful.

   I was really pleased with this restaurant. There was a lot to chose from the menu. The prices were reasonable. The food was hearty and the waitresses were sweethearts. Mot is definitely a weekday place to go back to.

   The service was great as well as the food. We ordered the smash burger and the southwest salad, both were delicious. Dessert we ordered toffee cheesecake and coconut cream pie. Large portions and delicious. Great ambiance.

   This is a true bar and grill. A fun place. Good size bar, plenty of tables. Food was good, service excellent. There was a one man entertainment; guitar and songs. He was very good. A great place for a night out.

   For something different go for the Short Rib Grilled Cheese, it is mouthwatering, tender and delicious! The Grilled Steak Tip Salad was the perfect medium rare and so tender, it cut with the butter knife. A generous amount of tips were on the salad and again, the beef was top quality. The server was AWESOME, he was witty, attentive and engaging. We were not “rushed”, in spite of the lively Friday crowd coming in. Whether or not you like beef, I highly recommend River Falls for a quick bite, apps, or a full meal. If they can handle red meat that well, I am confident that the rest of the menu is just as good.

   Nice lunch break here yesterday. Couple of fish selections from the menu, fish & chips and a great baked haddock. Nice side salads, good drinks, what's not to like. On top of that, the prices and portions were very good.

    Here for a birthday dinner for my mom. Food was tasty, but cold. A drink was knocked over within 1 minute of being served. Our entire dinner no one cleaned up the spill which was a huge safety concern for other customers. Most establishments i have visted would have given you another drink on the house, but here they charged for another knowing not 1 sip had been taken. Had to ask other staff members besides our waitress to get us refills, etc as she was not attentive. Disappointing visit overall. There are so many good options out there that I would not return here again.
