   Favorite restaurant in Vero. The food and vibe are both exceptional. Service is always top notch. I've eaten most of their menu and never had anything I didn't love. Highly recommend River Twist!

   This was our first visit and it was on New Years Eve. Food was excellent, service was great, waitress was very attentive. We will be back.

   Hostesses and servers were friendly and courteous. service was prompt. The smoked salmon tower appetizer was delicious and perfect for two. We ordered some of the specials for the night. Hubby loved the veal scallopini piccata. Some of the best he’s had. My swordfish was cooked perfectly and delicious

   Great wine list and excellent food. Not a large menu but still a very good selection. Fair prices with only a moderate mark up on wine which always makes for a very good value. We had pork lollipops and steak which were both high quality meats. We will definitely return!

    First time here at River Twist. It was recommended to us, and what a great recommendation it was! My wife had the tuna, my mother in law had swordfish, and I had a veal scallopini special. We all loved our food. My mother in law was the first to ask when are we going back. This restaurant definitely will be one we return to.
