   This was our second time here and we’ve had great food at very reasonable prices every time. However both times I’ve made reservations many weeks in advance and have been sat in the unexciting banquet room each time. We miss out on the beauty and ambience of the restaurant and feel we are sitting at a table at a wedding or conference. I wish this room would be saved for overflow or walk-in guests and that people with advanced reservations would have preference for the main dining area.

   Food was good. Only food issue was we ordered a side of Caramelized Brussels Sprouts but they were not as described - not caramelized and no Parmesan. Kudos to our server however who listened to our comments, apologized and did not charge us for them. My only other comment is the ambiance is strange. Beautiful interior but background music didn't fit the decor. Music belonged in a 50's diner. Not that the music was bad - it just didn't fit. A better fit would have been something like Frank Sinatra or Dean Martin. Overall we had a nice meal.

   The prime rib and sea bass were amazing. Marilu was our waitress and she was extremely attentive. For our first time at this location it is a great find and we will be back.

   The food was delicious and wonderfully presented. The crab cake and brussel sprout appetizers were excellent. Beef was nicely prepared as was a seafood salad and a pork ragu dish. The four of us throughly enjoyed our meals. Good beer selections and a very nice wine list. We weren't rushed at all so we could enjoy dining with our friends. The decor is quite dark and our chairs were not comfortable for a longer evening of sitting, but it was otherwise worth it and we will return when visiting Bloomington again.

   I enjoyed the atmosphere. Someone was playing the piano softly thoughout our dinner. The food is overpriced. Lots of good beers on tap. Next time, we'll probably come by for a drink.

   We really enjoyed Rob Dobs! We had prime rib with a bottle of choice Chardonnay. We loved dining on the terrace, enjoying the crowd (safely distanced), watching the sunset, sitting comfortably. Of course the food was so abundant that we had to ask for carry out containers. Kudos - many kudos!! - to Rob Dobs for avoiding plastic and styrofoam. They care!! Looking forward to the next outing there.
