   We had a wonderful time with friends. The atmosphere, service, and food were amazing! This place never disappoints. I am looking forward to our next visit.

   I only rated so high because our server Ron was exceptional. His table side guac and engaging personality were the highlights of our visit. We ordered tacos and the proteins were over cooked and the carne asada taco was inedible. I’ve been here a number of times and this time may have been my last.

   We do not have Rocco's Tacos near us, but have eaten at their locations in Orlando and Naples, so decided to try this for an early NYE meal after a bowl game. Our experience was not great this time. Although we were there well before the NYE rush and they were not busy, our service was very slow and not great. Our server honestly didn't seem to understand his job--I would not have been at all surprised to find out they literally pulled him in off the street with no prior serving experience. He wasn't rude or anything--nice enough--just completely clueless. We constantly had to request items--like water and our bill. The tableside guac was decent, but the presentation of the cart was actually kind of gross--looked sloppy--but we did receive a second round of guac, which was nice. For the price, the food and the overall experience should have been much better. I would not return to this location.

   Service was horrendous. I never give bad reviews. Ever. Terrible experience. It took so long to get drinks to the table all the ice was melted. We had to share each others drinks at the table in order to have something for everyone to drink due to slow refills. All tables in the restaurant were frustrated. Didn’t seem like management had a pulse on the situation. Every table should have probably been compensated 10% minimum. The saving grace was the food was excellent. Just odd for such a popular place. 1/29/24. 3:30 reservation

   Food was good but took forever to get out to the table. Service was a bit slow.

   I have always had a great experience here. Today was pitiful. They were out of chips, so chips and guacamole were not an option . Also, my son ordered brisket, which they were out of as well. We were there for a short lunch on our way to the airport and it took an hour and a half to get a cheese quesadilla.  I’m hoping that this was just a bad day for them.  Not once were we approached to help resolve anything by management!  I make it a habit to not write bad reviews, but I’m hoping this gets to the appropriate ears to rectify the problems that they were having.

   Firstly, this wasn’t my first time and I’ve never had issues with this restaurant until today. I want to begin my saying our server was great and did a wonderful job handling our table. However the issues related to the kitchen and manager Emily. I understand the wait time especially during the holidays, however 4/7 in our table we served after waiting one hour and 30 minutes. Another 45 minutes later we received the rest of the food. After expressing our concerns with the cold food and wait time the manger was called over for us to speak to. Emily seemed very frustrated with our table immediately, I can understand if anyone is having a bad day but one should never take it out on the customer especially if the kitchen was to blame. The manager seemed in a rush and just wanting us to leave while we expressed our frustrations. I’m very disappointed in Rocco’s Tacos and Tequila Bar Tampa service regarding the manager Emily.

   Rocco’s has always been on point with their crispy fish tacos, but tonight they totally dropped the ball. They swapped the cabbage for lettuce, ditched the cilantro, radish and chipotle sauce, and just left me with pico de gallo and some damn lettuce. It was dry. I was so hungry I didn’t even bother complaining. Rocco’s, please don’t make me go through this again.
