Rollati's menu is a love letter to Italian-American cuisine, embracing the iconic dishes of Italy’s many regions, as well as those that developed in Italian kitchens across America. Guests will find familiar favorites alongside market driven dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients from local farmers and seafood purveyors, or the occasional nod to a modern pantry. Fresh pasta, made in house, is at the heart of the menu, while features from the Grill, House Specialties, pizza, and seasonal produce round out the menu. Our robust beverage program features an extensive selection of Italian and Californian wines that have been carefully selected to pair with our Italian flavors alongside classic Italian cocktails, aperitifs and digestifs.                                                                                 The quality of the food is not worth the money although the lasagna was good. The spicy lobster pasta hardly had any lobster , more pasta , the sauce was tasty . The branzino was a little on the salty side and hardly any fish for what you payed. The salmon pesto was tasteless. The espresso martini was on point . Overall i don’t think I’ll come back , the other couple we went with felt the same . Disappointing since the reviews was good.

                                                                                I took my husband to Rolatini Ristorante for his birthday dinner. We had never been there before — totally new experience. The service was superb from the person at the front who greeted us as we walked in to the people bussing our table and keeping our water glasses full. And, the pasta was to die for — beautifully al dente and the sauces were wonderful, as well. We had a salad to go with our entrees — it was a wonderful winter salad with bitter greens and was large enough to split between the two of us. We also had desserts — something I never ever do, but I was ready sweet & the bitter of the afogato — it was perfect! Obviously, we will be back soon.

                                                                                The food was very good. Spicy Pie as an appetizer was unique and delicious. I ordered the Thousand Layer Lasagne and it was very tasty. The Polenta was delicious as well. We arrived a little early for our 6:45 reservation and our host was going to set us up at a large table adjacent to the bar; we requested a table change and he accommodated our request and put us at a nice table in the dining room, which we really appreciated because it was quieter for our party of 5 as we celebrated a birthday. Highly recommend this restaurant.
