OMG what Ana amazing experience! My family of four and I went to Roman Wolves to celebrate Thanksgiving Dinner while we were in town from out of state. The food was absolutely amazing. My daughter and I had the salmon while my wife and son had the filet. My son loved his steak and said it was the best he’s ever had; he’s had many steaks from the top steakhouses in Denver. The cheese wheel pasta was also amazing. We will be back.

Went there on Saturday at 5:30 with reservation for a group of 5, no idea why they sat us at a table in the bar area with minimum space, I had to move my chair every time someone has to walk by, and it's quite loud even though people weren't talking that loudly. Apps was okay (calamari, caesar salad, tomato carpaccio), so were the raviolis (artichoke, crab). Carbonara was bland. Cheese wheel pasta was gimmicky, but tasted okay, but the cheese is not real Parmesan. Lamb chops were good portion for the price, but slightly too charred even asked for medium rare, and quite gamey. Service was good, decor was fine, price was reasonable for food and wine. We were in Italy 5 months ago, and was hoping to have something with similar quality/flavor, maybe my expectation was not realistic. I would prefer Bencotto or Monello for atmosphere and food quality.

We had a great time! The food was delicious, everyone both loved the cheese wheel experience but also the pasta dish best. Everything else we had was very tasty and the staff was very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Our waiter was really nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the food! I thought it was fairly priced, and the portion sizes were really good. I ordered the oxtail lasagna and sampled the parmesan wheel pasta special and the Caesar salad which were delicious. They use real anchovies in the dressing but, if you don't like them, it's very easy to pick around them and they aren't that strong. They also bring out bread and an array of toppings (various oils, butter, and vinegar) upon request, which I'm not sure we were charged for. I ordered a cocktail that was also tasty, but not strong in terms of alcohol content. The vibes were great, but I have to say my experience was tainted by the state of the restroom. It wasn't visibly dirty, but there was a pungent, nauseating smell that was reminiscent of sewage and fish. This odor spilled into the entryway of the kitchen that the waiters were coming in and out of because it was the next door over. The air in there was thick and I literally had to hold my breath from the moment I walked in to the time I got back to my table. The dining area didn't have any odor, so I never would've guessed that was back there, but made it a little difficult to finish my food because I couldn't get the scent out of my nose and mouth. It caused me to wonder if I should trust any food coming out of that area, what the source of the stench was and if it were any indication of the cleanliness and safety of the meal. This was my first time there and I hope they're able to rectify this in the future but, despite my initial positive experience, I can't say that I'll be back.

This was a solid place...I wouldn't say anything was outstanding about it other than the great service we received from Lucky who served us at the bar. The menu has a nice variety and everything was well-executed.

The appetizer was really flavorful, although I prefer to either increase the quantity a bit or reduce the cost by atleast 10%. Pasta dishes were a 9/10 for me. Salmon dish was good, but just a tad overcooked and lacked salt. Dish doesn't have enough sauce to compensate for salt, so I give that a 7/10 (at best). Drinks were really good and service was a 9/10 as well. I do think they need to elevate their food to match expectations for me. We would love to come back for apps and drinks next time. Thanks !

Has a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Food and service was great (the tiramisu was average) except the noise level is TOO loud inside the restaurant. You practically have to yell over the table because the music is so loud.
