Took 20 minutes to get walk by asking and then asking again and asking for drinks took another 20, think they were just understaffed for a Sunday. Food is so good!

Overall excellent experience. Service was attentive, friendly and diligent. Table side guacamole artistically presented and delicious. Food was prepared beautifully- not heavy but brought out the flavors of each dish. Delighted to have a few vegan options and the bbq jackfruit fajita dish was delicious.

We had a very pleasant light lunch today before the opera. We were surprised with our Tres Leches cake at the end that came with lighted candles and two young men singing Happy Birthday. Very nice. The Guacamole delicious, Pork Carnitas Tacos very tasty, as well as the Tuna Ceviche. Pomegranate Frozen Margarita and Red wine complimented the meal. Service was excellent as well. The only disturbing news is that they are moving from this beloved location by next Summer.

Once we got past the unpleasant host desk experience, service was friendly and efficient. Restaurant needs more servers. Staff is obviously stretched way too thin. Food-wise, chicken tortilla soup was extraordinary. Ceviche, duck enchiladas and flan were very good. Tasty consommé mostly redeemed the minuscule, bland quesabirria tacos. Poor selection of wines by the glass, so stuck to margaritas, which we enjoyed. Comfortable seating, much of it well spaced by NYC standards. The upstairs is very attractive. Atmosphere early in evening is lively but not so loud as to interfere with conversation. Wouldn't return for the food alone, but if we need something in this neighborhood again, would give it another try.

The greeting was non existent upon arrival, service was slow and tedious. Asked for sparkling received flat. No espresso or steamed milk. Just not at all pleasant.

I’ve never sat in the back of the second floor but tables are very close, a bit cramped actually,and it was louder than usual (I would have expected it to be quieter back there). Service was a bit less attentive than the usual stellar service ( maybe because we were tucked away and hard to get to?) Food was amazing as always.
