It took 45 min to seat us, despite having a reservation. The food used to be good. The ceviche is still very good. The chicken, however, was the dryer than the driest thanksgiving turkey that you have eaten, and the prime rib was burned.

What happened to Rosaliné? The food is mediocre at best now. Paella tasted like gasoline and the beef in limo soltado tasted off. All and all a very mediocre experience. Won’t be coming back.

Amazing people but the portions are small and not good authentic Peruvian food. It was super full Saturday night couldn’t hear my partner.

I've been going to Rosaline for a while now and love the place. However, during my last visit, I noticed that the quality of the drinks and food dishes wasn't the same as before. The Pisco sours, which are their signature drink, weren't made properly, and the paella seafood dish was just okay. It seems either they have changed chefs or their consistency has slipped. Despite this, the ambience and vibe remain charming.

Consistently good dishes (paella and ceviches shouldn't be missed), friendly and attentive staff, outstanding wine list. Can get a bit loud when it fills up

The food is not at the level it used to be. Everything was over salted. Some of the dishes aren’t well thought out and just a combination of many things. One ceviche had fried calamari and crudo. Just seemed like a mish mash of stuff. The lomo was not good. I think it needs a reset from the original chef who I don’t think is part of the restaurant. Unfortunate because this place used to be great.
