   Service was bad… the owner needs to change the staff or a strategy…. It has a big potential bc it’s very pretty… but I’m not gonna come back.

   Had reservations, still waited 45 minutes for the table. One of our dishes did not arrive until after the rest of the table was done eating, so a member of our party sat and watched us eat. Hostess was overwhelmed and did not play it off well, even overheard her say “there’s only one of me…” to another guest. Decore and ambience was very cute, but we will not be returning.

   Parking was atrocious. I ended up having to park across the street at aldi and walk across the street. Even though I had a reservation, it was 20min past the reservation until we were seated. Service was great and the food was good though.

   Great location for a special occasion for a girl. Very sweet and pink in it's decor and the presentation of the food is so pretty that every girl swoons over whatever it brought to them. Also loved the coffee and mimosa flights. What a great idea! Sets them apart and was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive for my daughters 35th birthday.

    We had reservations and still had to wait almost half an hour before being seated even though there was a large, open table. This open table was for a party of twelve that didn't show until much, much later - after we were finally seated. Two people that walked in just after our group were seated without a reservation. There was an issue with my friend's order that should have been an automatic freebie, but she actually had to ask for the item to be removed from her bill. The manager was supposed to talk to us about it but never showed at our table. We asked our server a question about an item on the menu and she must have been new because she didn't know the answer. Although she stated she would ask, we never got an answer. The concept of this place is very cool, but a few things need to be tightened up on when it comes to service. The food was decent, but we all agreed we probably wouldn't go back. I usually don't leave negative reviews - I'm hoping this was just an off day.
