Located in the historic Fulton Market district of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, Rose Mary is Chef/Owner Joe Flamm’s debut restaurant inspired by his Italian heritage and the bold, bright flavors of Croatian cuisine. The boisterous space—named for Flamm’s grandmothers, Mary and Mary Rose, and the herb rosemary, which grows natively along the Italian and Croatian coastlines—offers a seasonal menu of rustic yet refined dishes that encapsulate what Flamm has coined “Adriatic drinking food”.

    The food is excellent. We were with another couple and ordered the cauliflower, zucchini pancakes, baked clams, tortellachi, brandzino and duck. Everything was delicious. Our server was very attentive & brought two samples of wine to taste. It was an extremely cold night & the tables near the door are drafty. Avoid if possible. Also no valet parking so plan to look for parking in the neighborhood.

    Love Rose Mary so much one of my favorite spots in the city. Big fan of Joe Flamm! The Rigatoni was a standout and the tuna crudo is always a hit :)

    Well, this was one of our NYE dinner 🍽 experiences The food was excellent and is worth the price Every course was top-notch. The service was awesome, and they are very attentive to all of the customers, which is a good thing in today's world we went in hungry and we came out with a big smile and a happy stomach was such an amazing experience. Thank you, staff, for all your good work and good service Note:Please be advised that if you do a reservation from the Open Table app, you'll get tax in everything, and after, I think it's a fee that they charge and it's not the restaurant fault don't blame anybody it's part of the service. Yes, I recommend this restaurant as a food lover. You won't regret anything

    Great place to celebrate NYE! The food was amazing, and the wine pairings were robust and complimented the food so well. The staff was fun and helped bring the tone of the new year in!

    Wonderful NYE experience. Food was delicious, staff was excellent. We never received the brussels sprouts of the 3rd course, but the rest of the meal was perfect!

    Went for NYE. Amazing experience. Food was beyond delicious, service was exceptional, and every person that worked there was so nice. Couldn’t be happier we went and can’t wait to go back!!
