   I wanted to love this restaurant but unfortunately it did not deliver. We were a party of two and the majority (if not all) tables for 2 are in the walkway between the bar and the booths so people were constantly walking by and sometimes bumping us. The service was ok, we didn’t get checked in on by our server too often. The food was the biggest letdown. The spring roll appetizer we ordered came out two minutes after we ordered so it was obviously prepared in advance and came out lukewarm. We ordered the filets which were cooked fine but lacked seasoning. The potatoes and spinach that came with it had no salt or any other seasoning. The highlight was the sticky pudding dessert which was amazing. For spending $200 on dinner (this doesn’t include alcohol) I think there are so many other places you can go to and have better food and a better experience.

   Rose Park Bistro is a joy to experience. The service is always friendly, efficient and courteous. And the food is a real treat. As a person who wears hearing aids, I admit the noise level was very high for me. It made it very difficult for me to communicate with my table mates. But the food more than made up for it. We dine early to avoid the crowd and the noise, but this time it was pretty busy. We will be back love the food love the staff love the ambience.

   This place is incredible! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. Every detail, from the service to the quality of the dishes, was top-notch. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

   Our original reservation was at 6pm and we weren’t sat until 6:45pm. Some circumstances are out of their control, and I was thoroughly impressed that the restaurant owner would then come by our table, apologize for the wait and generously provided us complimentary champagne. His servers then went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of the remainder of the night. The food was delicious and we hope to be back again, and not have to wait so long.

   We absolutely loved our meal here at Rose Park Bistro. The butternut squash gnocchi appetizer was to die for. The braised short-rib ragu was phenomenal along with the filet mignon. We finished our meal off with sticky toffee pudding, which will leave you in utter bliss. We will definitely be coming back here soon!

   Had the risotto and added prawns, it was so good! The drinks are also amazing! Highly recommend!

   This restaurant is a hidden gem in Roseville. I have been to the Fountains many times but never noticed it. We made reservations for our daughter's birthday and will be repeat customers. Our food choices included calamari, Caesar salad, filet mignon, teriyaki steak, and hamburgers. Everything was delicious, but the filet was way underseasoned. We appreciated the complimentary birthday dessert with a fireworks candle--a delightful surprise!

    OMG. I was hoping to have your potato soup today but your soup special today was jalapeño and avocado so I tried it and it was delicious and I love the Burrata caprese!!!
