   Food was good except of the chewy skirt steak. Do not order it. And the noise was unbearable. The room has flat panels everywhere and it is an echo chamber. Need some serious sound proofing. Otherwise ok. Medium value due to ambient deficiencies. Service ok.

   we had as wonderful dinner. we had the lobster got and lamb chop lollipops for appetizers. both were very good. we had filet and dover sole for dinners. both were excellent. we also enjoyed the truffle tater tots., Our server Kate was very nice and friendly. She took good care of us. This was our second time eating here. enjoyed both times. we will be back.

   With 2-diners, we were celebrating a Birthday with dinner reservations on a Thursday evening. We kindly were offered a choice of tables. Our server was immediately at our table, and for the rest of the night, we barely lifted our heads and he was already checking on us. Our server was adept with the menu/bar offerings, and went out of his way to get chef recommendations due to my own food allergies. The chef went so far as creating a special dish based on my food allergens, and it was outstanding. Seriously, the best chicken I ever consumed. The ambiance was beautiful, perfect for our romantic dinner out on a chilly winter evening. We will most definitely be back and hope Rosebud/Wheeling enjoys a long, and significantly positive impact on the community.

   The manager, Joseph, was great, and Sergei was our amazing server! The ambiance was delightful and we enjoyed the fireplace vibe when it was 8 degrees out. The food rivaled that of any steakhouse. I love how they cut the meat at the table to ensure it was cooked to your request. The filet was superb, and their Brussels sprouts were awesome. Great range of wine selection for everyone’s taste. Great GF selection. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

   This was our first time dining at this restaurant. The service was professional and efficient. Food was delicious and prepared to perfection. I highly recommend the chicken calabrese and chopped salad. We will definitely be regular customers.

   Disappointed on our anniversary The person who designed the layout for this restaurant should be fired. First, the restaurant opens into the dining room, so you need to walk through the restaurant in order to get to the bar. This also means that there are two tables that are basically touching the hostess stand and we got one of those. If they ask “do you want a booth?” say “NO!” Our table faced a black wall and was in such a weird place that our server told us he “didn’t notice us” sitting there and we didn’t place a drink order for 20 minutes. The menu is only one page and that means there are no descriptions about how anything is prepared. We had an issue where we tried to order something healthy, brussel sprouts, but they came covered in cream sauce and topped with cheese and bacon. They serve off of tray stands which probably isn't a big deal but its something that fine dining restaurants shouldn't do. They didn't ask if we were celebrating anything, we were. They didn't ask about dietary restrictions despite the tiny menu. The had two managers walking around but didn't come to us except when I mentioned that a receipt had fallen on our table. If you are going to spend $300 a couple, you need a better experience than this.

    So nice to have a place nearby that has quality food and service. Our waitress Minley was terrific. The brick chicken was outstanding as were the lamb chops. We will definitely be back!
