   The tomato sauce is like no other. It has the best flavor!! Cappuccino Cheesecake...omg. Our server was the best; very engaging young lady who made us feel at home.

   So happy to have found this place! Everything was top notch. Great service. The gnocchi with pesto was divine!! It was very loud and the tables were close, but it felt typical of an Italian bistro in Chicago. Definitely will return!

   Food was delicious, generous portions and wonderful service. Our family tried several different dishes and everyone loved their choices. Alfredo sauce is the best, some had with chicken and others shrimp, also rigatoni bolognese excellent. George has a hit for sure. Love it!

   This was our first visit to Rosemary & Olive and we were pleased with our experience. We opted to sit at the bar when we arrived given it was quite busy throughout the restaurant. Our server (bartender), Nikki, was extremely personable, knowledgeable about menu, and engaging. We started with the R&O meatball appetizer and it was delicious. I had the chicken piccata and my husband had the pork chop for our entrees. My dish was quite tasty and both of us enjoyed the green beans and side pasta. The only caveat is that the chop did not have much flavor and our food was somewhat delayed being delivered with a bit of perceived disorganization in the kitchen. We closed the evening with a lovely dessert and finished our wine. Before we left, the owner also checked in to see if we had enjoyed our meal. All-in-all, we will assuredly come back!

   Rosemary and Olive is my new favorite Italian restaurant!! In my opinion, the food is better than Mama Carollas and Diavola. We each ordered different dishes so that we can taste them all. I had the Bolognese and added meatballs for more protein, my daughter had the gnocchi pesto with chicken and my girlfriend had the short ribs ravioli…..DELICIOUS and very flavorful 😋!!! Great ambience and good value. You will not be disappointed. The owner makes a point of greeting all of his guests.
