    Join us at our sought-after sommelier station to experience the best of food and wine that RPM Italian has to offer. Enjoy a specially curated dinner as the team pours limited availability wines from our cellar and explains how they enhance the flavors of each course. While the menu changes nightly, you're sure to encounter some of your favorite dishes from our menu. The experience is roughly two hours long and most dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated. Price does not include tax and gratuity

                                                                                                        Food was great.. they got my order wrong then i had to wait 12 minutes while my friends pasta got cold. Then we were almost late for our show because of the delay.. when I did actually get my food it was absolutely delicious the chicken vesuvio highly recommended. It was super crispy, moist on the outside the sauce didn't ruin the crispiness and the crispy potatoes underneath lived up to their name. Super flavorful, crispy, soft on the inside. Absolutely delicious.

                                                                                                        RPM is always our first stop in Vegas, being from Chicago it’s a go to favorite. Patrick our server was the best we’ve ever had. He was attentive and charming. Our vodka and lemon tortellini pasta were both delish.

                                                                                                        Another great time with outstanding food and service. We had the veal parm, carpaccio, whipped ricotta, seasonal risotto, and several other pasta and chicken dishes. They were all cooked and seasoned perfectly. Service was on point as of this was a 3star Michelin place. It does get crowded and it can be a little loud but there’s not a lot of places that can seat 8 people and then also have all 8 of those people really enjoy their meals. RPM will remain one of our Vegas staples.

One of your regulars bought me an espresso martini promising it was the best - period. He was right. Everything about this experience was exceptional. Thank you.
